Halloween Costumes

For this year's Halloween (2010), I made sure that my husband will wear a costume. I think he liked the idea of wearing one when he saw me wearing the "Dorothy" costume last year when we were in Hawaii. He enjoyed watching me walking around the Waikiki strip and he's been very supportive taking pictures of me together with the other people wearing their own costumes.

My husband is wearing the Granny Wolf costume and I am Little Red Riding Hood. We made sure that our basket was full of candies so we have something to give when kids will come by and greet us "Happy Halloween" or "Trick or Treat!" We had fun. The kids were all dressed up in their own Halloween costume. We will definitely do it again next year! I wonder what will be our costumes?

Halloween 2010

Are you ready for the Halloween? Almost! I ordered my Halloween costume online and I got it three (3) days ago. It's going to be a fun Halloween (I guess!) because my husband will be wearing his costume. I wish that my friend will join us but she's going to work. My hubby told me to buy lots of candies so we have something to give for the Trick or Treat. I don't know how many kids in the neighborhood will be knocking at the door but for sure, there's something for them when they come.

I still have one thing to get to complete my Halloween outfit. This will be my second Halloween experience (wearing a costume) in my entire life. The first Halloween experience? I was in Hawaii. And I think, it's a wonderful experience to do it just for fun. I am sure that some of my friends are already planning on what to wear. I guess, I will be waiting for their photos to be posted in their Facebook.

Halloween in Hawaii

This year's Halloween (2009) was my first ever to celebrate Halloween. We're in Hawaii right now and I was really excited to wear my Halloween costume. I am Dorothy (Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz) and I just loved it! It took me 2 hours to curl my hair and put on my fake eyelashes. I had fun while preparing myself for my first Halloween costume.

My husband said, I look cute and adorable! He's been very supportive all along. We went to walk along Waikiki area and just like me, there are lots of people wearing their own Halloween costume. I had lots of fun, took a lot of pictures and it was fun seeing others with their costumes.
