Clear Vision with Pinhole Glasses
If you suffer from myopia or near-sightedness, hyperopia or long-sightedness, presbyopia, astigmatism, computer vision syndrome or cataracts... you might want to consider pinhole glasses. Pinhole glasses is the modern and affordable alternative to prescription eyeglasses. It consist of precision-manufactured lightweight perforated plastic lenses, inset into standard metal or plastic spectacle frames. They are ideal for sufferers of refractive eye disorders, the elderly and computer users as the pinholes - accurately formed by laser technology - allow only direct and coherent light rays to pass through into the eye.
The eye is the only part of the human body that can function at 100% ability at any moment, day or night, without rest. Your eyelids need rest, the external muscles of your eyes need rest, the lubrication of your eyes requires replenishment, but your eyes themselves "never" need rest. But please rest them! Eyes are your most precious sense... care for them properly! Buy or get your pinhole glasses
now and experience the difference of an equal performance compared to prescription glasses. Customers who have purchased pinhole eyeglasses said that they experience better clarity and resolution of vision when wearing them. Visit Pinhole-Glasses.com for a natural alternative to prescription glasses and experience better vision.

Food Deprivation
It has been 4 days now since I had my oral surgery for my wisdom tooth on my right jaw. My surgeon said that I am not allowed to eat hot food nor drink hot drinks. I can only eat ice cream and soft food. I felt that I am deprived eating my favorite food plus I am craving for the original recipe fried chicken from KFC. I have to follow instructions because I know it is for my own good. When my husband eat his food, he's making sure that I don't see him eating so that I will not be jealous seeing him eating what he wants.

My Oral Surgery
So, I visited my oral surgeon today and did the surgery. My husband is very supportive of me that he's beside me waiting for my turn. I asked him if he could be with me while my surgeon was working on my wisdom tooth. He said "yes" quickly without any form of thinking. But only if they will allow him. So, the assistant of the surgeon called my name and it is time for my turn. They injected my jaw 3 times to numb it. I was scared and shaking. At the time he was drilling my tooth, I moved my face 2 times as I cannot take the pain I am feeling inside. My tears fell down. My surgeon said to put me into sleep so I will not feel the pain. The numbness they have injected didn't work for me.
After 2 hours, the assistant woke me up and told me they pulled it out and it was successful. I am bleeding inside so I was prescribed a pain medicine for the pain and instructed me not to eat solid foods for 3 days. I can't even spit my own saliva. I can't wash my mouth with a mouthwash. I can brush my teeth but I will be careful brushing it to avoid too much bleeding. I am only allowed to eat ice cream and milkshake and I have to drink plenty of water to prevent my lips and mouth from cracking and chapping. Right now, I need to take my rest as I can still feel the pain in my right jaw.

National Girl Friends Day!
It is good to be a woman:
1. We got off the Titanic first.
2. We can scare male bosses with the mysterious gynecological disorder excuses.
3. Taxis stop for us.
4. We don't look like a frog in a blender when dancing.
5. No fashion faux pas we make, could ever rival the Speedo.
6. We don't have to pass gas to amuse ourselves.
7. If we forget to shave, no one has to know.
8. We can congratulate our teammate without ever touching her rear end.
9. We never have to reach down every so often to make sure our privates are still there.
10. We have the ability to dress ourselves.
11. We can talk to the opposite sex without having to picture them naked.
12. If we marry someone 20 years younger, we are aware that we will look like an idiot.
13. We will never regret piercing our ears.
14. There are times when chocolate really can solve all your problems.
1 5. We can make comments about how silly men are in their presence because they aren't listening anyway.
So, enjoy being one beautiful and fabulous woman on earth!

Autumn in North Dakota
As I checked the calendar, the autumn begins on September 22. But why some of the trees are changing already? I know it is too early to panic but sometimes, that is just the amazing beauty of nature. Eventually, little by little everything will follow for the changes. Everyone will feel the changes of the weather as we cannot actually predict the life of every season. One thing is for sure, just be ready for the fall and winter fashion!

15th of the Month
I guess I am just excited and feeling anxious for everything. Imagine, I have a seasonal job that allows me 6 months to work and 6 months vacation in a year. How cool is that? I can't wait also to finally get my salary for today because it's 15th of the month and will be lucky again to get my $500 bonus at the end of the month. I wish to meet my friends in Minnesota, Jacy and Malou before going back to Kentucky to spend our winter time. Hopefully too, I wish I will some of my friends down the road in Indiana and Kentucky. I would be much glad about it to finally meet you girls!

What To Do and Not To Do
Doesn't it seem like cravings and emotionally driven eating are damped up when you're on a diet? The good news is that there are many tried-and-true methods to help keep you on track. I'm about to let you in on a few.
Do fill up on fiber
Protein is digested more slowly than carbohydrates and fat, so it takes fewer calories to fill you up. Fiber slows mealtime digestion and absorbs water, which expands your stomach and creates a feeling of fullness. Lentils and starchy beans (for example, navy, kidney, black, pinto, and garbanzo beans) naturally combine protein and fiber in very impressive amounts, so consider eating them in soups and salads or as a side dish instead of rice or pasta.
Don't miss out on sleep
Recent studies show that sleep deprivation can make it difficult to fit into your favorite jeans. When you don't get enough shut-eye, your body produces more ghrelin, a hormone that makes you hungry, and less leptin, a hormone that increases satiety. Discipline might enable you to resist, but why not give your body a well-deserved rest?
Do downsize
Scientists at Cornell University and the University of Illinois researched the effect of serving-bowl size on eating behavior and then published their findings in no less an esteemed publication than the Journal of the American Medical Association. Researchers found that students serving themselves from a large bowl took 53 percent more and ate 56 percent more food (the equivalent of 142 calories) than those who served themselves from smaller serving bowls. If 142 calories doesn't seem like much, try multiplying it by three meals a day for 365 days. If the resulting yearly weight gain of 44 pounds doesn't inspire you to consider a new china pattern, I don't know what will!
Do veg out
Non-starchy vegetables (anything but peas, corn, acorn/butternut squash, and potatoes) are "filler foods" in the best sense of the term. Low in calories and packed with water and fiber, vegetables fill you up without filling you out. Enjoy them in the form of stir-fries and soups, and munch on baby carrots, celery sticks, green beans, or cauliflower between meals.
Don't eat standing up
Back when people ate most of their meals while seated at their kitchen or dining-room tables, rates of obesity were far lower. Coincidence? I think not. When eating is limited to a particular place, your brain doesn't associate other places with food, and the cascade of bodily signals that stimulate appetite is activated less frequently. So, no more chowing down while leaning over your kitchen sink or strolling down the street, OK?
Do limit your choices
Contrary to popular belief, variety is not all that it's cracked up to be—at least when it comes to snacks. When you have more to choose from, you tend to sample a little of this and a little of that, which can lead to a lot of extra pounds. Besides, research shows that we are generally happier eating our favorite foods repeatedly than experimenting with a wide variety.
Don't eat in the dark
Dining by candlelight may be romantic, but the end result can be anything but. Eating in a dimly lit room tends to make people consume more calories. Simply put, in the light you're more self-conscious of others watching what you eat. Also, in low lighting, you can't see your food as well, which may cause you to lose track of how much you're eating. So, if possible, mix the dimmer.

Too Much To Bear!
I got stuck from my new job lately and have no time to give them a call. At least my sister - Haide and I still have the time to chat once in a while if she's off from work. If I will call home they might be out and on their way to school already. I just couldn't find the time to call them and doesn't even know what time they are all home. So that whenever I call, I can hear their voice one by one and screaming at the top of their lungs just because they heard my voice too and they miss me so much. I felt it, and it's right here in my heart. I know I am missing home so bad... I just wanted to be with them for now in just a quick snap of my fingers, having a good dinner, shopping together, sharing stories and laughing together while we are all seated in our cozy living room.

Great American Seafood Recipe
The great American seafood cook off is celebrating 5 years of showcasing domestic and sustainable seafood recipes. There were 5 chefs that were given several challenges in creating their dish for the final round of competition. First, the dishes had to contain one of two mystery ingredients, either Southwest Airline Peanuts or select brews from Michelob Brewing Co. Next, keeping it healthy and simple, the dish’s ingredients had to represent all five food groups and be a dish that even the most harried home chefs could prepare.
I have chosen the recipe - Pan Roasted Glazed Rockfish with Peas and Carrots of Chef Tafari Campbell from Maryland. I think it is the best of all because it is simple and healthy. The fish is roasted and he added some vegetables in it, the peas and carrots that made the dish looks good. It is also easy to prepare and it is great dish for a family who's looking for something new but delicious. If I were to create this kind of dish, I would follow the steps in creating the dish and will add colorful bell peppers to add a little bit of spice to get a knock-out taste then I am ready for the cook off challenge. There are lots of benefits you can get from eating seafood such as protein, that builds your muscles strong and healthy and iodine that help prevents goiter and helps your immune system. To all bloggers, visit www.GreatAmericanSeafoodCookOff.com and cast your vote for your favorite recipe with the chance to win a trip to New Orleans prize package. Who knows, you might won and enjoy the trip to New Orleans!
