Away From Home

I took this picture when we went skiing last February 7. As you all know, North Dakota has a harsh winter. I wonder how the animals such as deer, rabbits and birds get their food. How can they survive winter here in North Dakota if they have nothing to eat? Just like the poor Bambi in the picture, he/she was away from home and away from his/her mother. This is just something to think about.

Awwwwww.. poor thing!Sometimes ate Hazel specially the young ones away from their mother, they do die because they can't survive and no mother that can support them with food. Too bad that animal is lost and away from mom. So sad.
