Chow Down

I have been eating a lot today. I felt like I have to munch just to keep the pain away I am feeling. I am feeling so much better now that I'm on my second day of my menstruation. I ate two bowls tangy salad, peanut butter sandwich and pot roast that my husband cooked. Any minute now, I have to munch on my tangy salad I prepared last night. 

Did you ever feel the same way? When you're on PMS that you want to eat and eat? I do. I knew that my "visitor" will come soon. I wish there's a way to stop the pain without relying on pain pills to stop it because I hate taking pills. What if we should kick the men's nuts every month too so they can feel our pain?

I usually feel that way too sis..I also PMS..which is much worse than the dysmenorrhea...sucks to be a woman sometimes...LOL

Not me..I don't want to do anything or eat when I'm on PMS and I'm very cranky....
