For some people, they perform yoga to relieve stress or anxiety. A part of which they control their breathing, to meditate or simply to feel the relaxation they need. Some people will listen to soft music to alleviate negative vibes, loosen up and calm down the nervous system. The indigenous people of Tibet made tibetan singing bowls used for spiritual traditions, meditation, music, relaxation, personal well-being and religious practice. It also help facilitate group activities to get people's attention.
