Yesterday, we went to Mark's place, Cumberland Farms to gather some chicken eggs. My husband's son, Mark stopped hatching eggs because of the very hot weather. The chicks can't be shipped when the temperature is over 80 degrees (in Fahrenheit). He will start hatching the chicken eggs again in December. Mark's family was out of town. They all went to St. Augustine, Florida to spend their annual summer trip since his 3 daughters were out from school for their summer break.
Now that we have all those eggs, we can save some money and a trip to the grocery store from buying some eggs. For sure, we have eggs for our breakfast, for baking, for cooking that we will consume for a very long time.
